And if you think veggies taste boring then you just don’t know yet how to make them delicious ✨ Try stewing them in a pan with herbs and spices plus a good sauce is key like tahini with lemon and nutritional yeast 😋

Basically all veggies and most fruits are low in calories so I encourage you to try new fruits and veggies 🙌🏼 Years ago I didn’t even know about beetroot or sweet potatoes and now they are one of my favourites so go grocery shopping like Indiana Jones 🤠 and discover what mother nature has to offer + research ways to prepare them so they taste yum + you can always sneak some in your smoothies for example 😉💚
