I’m pretty sure I’ve never posted mashed potatoes. In 16 months that has to be a record ?. I already confessed numerous times that I’m not a huge potato fan. And that’s not because I don’t like it, it’s just that they never fill me up. It’s either I’m hungry after eating or I’m completely stuffed and can’t move ? Anyway, this is a green bowl with creamy mashed potatoes (I cooked them with almond milk and a little soy cream for extra indulgence), broccoli, peas and ?. As you can already guess, that avocado fooled me. It was beautifully ripe around the edges but tough in the centre ?. Nevermind…
