This is really just an attempt at rescuing leftovers from last night.

I made pesto (I have a video of this on my YouTube and on my blog), baked some tortilla wraps in the oven then spread them with the pesto before topping with ? florets, cherry ? and beans. I put drops of tahini (mixed with yoghurt) just for something a little extra.
