This week has been a HASSLE But this FRY day throwback has me gaining some inspiration for dinner tonight 🙃…hassleback potatoes, roasted tomatoes, avocado, TURMERIC SESAME hummus, greens 🙃 Happy Friday loves. Spent this morning doing some self care for myself…chiropractor and some retail therapy 🙈 I just had a smoothie but this is what I’m dreaming about…hasslebacks with some roasted tomatoes, added some arugula, avocado and turmeric sesame hummu. Recipe below! I hope you all have a FABULOUS Friday and fabulous weekend! Any good plans?



Hummus: one can chickepeas (I remove outer layer with a paper towel), 2 tablespoons tahini, 2 tablespoons olive oil, one tablespoon @chosenfoods sesame oil, 1/4 Cup cilantro, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon coconut aminos, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 tablespoon turmeric (or more if you love it). Blend until smooth in food processor and add water if you want it thinner. •
