TOASTING FOUR WAYS TO TUESDAY! Happy Tuesday loves. Sharing this plate I made over the weekend for my boyfriend and I. One of my favorite things to do lately is make a big toast plate while we watch football on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Usually we cut each one in half, but I admit I stole the whole sweet one! Mainly because this CINNAMON PUMPKIN CASHEW BUTTER is the BOMB (recipe below). I used two slices @simplekneads_gf Sourdough and two slices of @simplekneads_gf Pumpernickel. Hope you’re all having a good start to the week. Not going to lie, I woke up tired as heck today. I have been running around all day and feel like I’m ready for a nap ? BUT I am going to probably make the wrong decision to have a coffee and plow through my work ?♀️ Too much to do today. Which one would you choose?

Deets: @simplekneads_gf Bread toasted.
1️⃣ Pumpkin cashew spread with banana, blueberries, and strawberry granola. SPREAD: 1/4 cup cashew butter, 1/4 cup pumpkin purée, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
2️⃣ Arugula tossed in olive oil, and a fried egg with some salt/pepper.
3️⃣ Dairy free cream cheese, smoked salmon and lots of dill.
4️⃣ Avocado, sesame seeds, soft boiled egg and tahini. •
