TOASTING to the weekend with these BLACKENED SALMON CILANTRO PESTO TOSTADAS! Easy blackening seasoning below? Happy Friday loves. Hope you’re all having an amazing week. If you caught my stories, I made this blackened salmon on my @webergrills grill last night and they were so good and so easy! It was raining so my @weberigrill thermometer came in handy…closed the lid after I flipped the salmon and my phone notified me when it was done! I always forget about tostadas and how easy they are…definitely going to have to make them more often. Any big plans for the weekend? Deets: Siete Foods paleo tortillas cut into mini tostada sizes and crisped over the stove. Topped with greens, roasted tomatoes, avocado, salmon and the cilantro pesto (recipe in my last post). Salmon is seasoned with a homemade blackening seasoning…I make this in batches and store in a small glass jar. (1.5 tablespoon paprika, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1/2 tablespoon chili powder, 1 tablespoon ground thyme, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon cayenne, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon salt). •
