💚The vegan tzatziki recipe again: Ingredients: 1 unpeeled cucumber, finely grated + 1c plant yogurt + 1c cashews (soaked 2-3 hours) + 3 minced garlic cloves + 1/4c finely chopped fresh dill + 1 tsp lime zest + 2 tbsp lemon juice + salt to taste + few turns black pepper. Method: Transfer grated cucumber to paper towels and squeeze out excess moisture. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Topped with blood orange, avocado, broccoli micro greens, hemp seeds. .
