This is what I ate yesterday, I take a flexible dieting approach and pretty much just track my way through the day. I don’t follow a set meal plan but try and fill my meals with nutrient dense whole foods and make sure I roughly hit my macros.
The calories and macros for this dairy suits my goals at the moment but will not work for everyone.
