Many people tend to think that carbs in the evening makes you fat, and its not your fault, giving that so many ‘fitness know-it-alls’ preach it. They tend to have this mindset about carbs because your metabolism at night slows down fue to decreased activity and also because of sleep. -⠀
Carbs at night is a total misconception and not true at all! Our body fat and composition is determined by energy IN vs. energy OUT, regardless of meal timing and frequency. No specific food will be the reason for weight gain/loss. Only the amount of calories will determine whether you lose fat or not. -⠀
So stop demonizing carbs, and consume them in a balanced amount with proteins and fats.⠀
