BREAKFAST: 40 g oats, 150 greek yogurt, 20 g walnuts, 1 tbsp honey, 100 -200g fruit
.
SNACK: 200 g fruit, dark choc
.
LUNCH: 40 g rye bread, 1 egg, 1 apple, 100 g corn, 30 g cheese
.
DINNER: salad with arugula, 1 carrot, 40 g blue cheese, 25 g walnuts, 100 g beetroot, 1, 2 tbsp olive oil purple cabbage .
And remember guys, we’re not all the same
