Th chronic dieter’s mindset is always going to be one of rules, guilt, restrictions, compensation, anxiety, doubt, all-or-nothing, black & white 😨

The normal eater is always going to be flexible, fluid, stress-free, easy-going, open, and chill 😎
.
The thing with food is, it’s all subjective. It can be whatever you want it to be depending on you, your past, your current situation, what you think is healthy vs. unhealthy & so on. Everyone is different ☝🏼

BUT, the one thing we should ALL strive to be is less-stressed around food. If you want to eat something, eat it… if you don’t, don’t… then move on with life 👋🏼

The absolute WORST thing you can do is sit there and dwell on something all day long – I can promise you this is MUCH unhealthier for you than whatever food you just ate 😝

Chill out a little bit, don’t be so hard on yourself, realize IT’S JUST FOOD, and go enjoy your day ☀️
