When PUMPKIN ? season is here you make grain free pumpkin WAFFLES on waffle day! Happy Wednesday loves. I hope you’re all having a fabulous week so far! I’m finally feeling back to myself today after not feeling so hot past couple days. However, I couldn’t sleep so I’ve been up since 3:30 ? BUT making the best of the day, getting lots done. Made this plate to start my day and it was perfect ? posting recipe below. I’ve been making pumpkin smoothies and pancakes so today it was time for some waffles ?

Deets: micro greens, @vitalfarms egg, avocado with hemp seeds, pumpkin waffles topped with berries, homemade chocolate syrup, @spreadthelove almond butter and @wildwayoflife granola. Waffle recipe: 2.5 tablespoons coconut flour, 1 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1 egg, 2 whites, 1/2 cup roasted or steamed pumpkin (or squash), 1 tablespoon flax seed. Blend ingredients and cook in waffle maker.
