Who wants to try this 5 ingredient banana bread? It’s dense and filling, and similar to a breakfast bar! 😍⠀

This banana bread is naturally gluten free so it’s perfect for those with an intolerance to gluten, and may suit those with coeliac if oats are certified gluten free and you’re not sensitive to avenin 🙅🏻‍♀️⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The banana bread gets better (more moist and sweet) with time, especially after refrigerating for lunch or morning tea the next day 👏🏼☺️⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👩‍🍳 What you need:⠀
• 2 eggs⠀
• 3 ripe bananas, peeled
• 2 cups oats⠀
• 1/4 cup honey or alt sweetener⠀
• 1 tsp baking powder⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How to make it:⠀
1️⃣ Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until you reach a creamy batter.⠀
2️⃣ Fill a loaf tin with the mixture (over a piece of baking paper).⠀
3️⃣ Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 deg C/350 deg F, until cooked through.⠀
4️⃣ Allow to cool and chill ✌🏻⠀
