Yesterday was one of the busiest days I’ve had in a very long time! I didn’t have time to cook anything so I couldn’t post. I’ve been zombie-ing around today, which means an early night is on the cards.

In my bowl tonight is a coconut Chickpea stew with sautéed shiitake mushrooms, Bulgur wheat and garlic kale. Have a great night #veganbysomi
