Celebrating Fryday with these smoky sweet potato fries with vegan garlic aioli ✨I love making these when I’m in a pinch for time since they require basically no prep work and taste so gooood 🙌🏼.

To make 👇🏼:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Slice a sweet potato into fry shapes, then toss with 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder + a pinch of salt. Lay on a baking sheet with parchment paper and cook for 25 minutes, flipping half way through. Make the garlic aioli by mixing 1 tbsp vegan mayo, 1/8 tsp garlic powder + 1 tsp lemon juice.
