Fueling up on this busy day with this delicious veggie sandwich ?? I basically use sandwiches as an excuse to use up any veggies I have in the fridge; this one has hummus, avocado, red peppers, cucumber, spinach and olives, seasoned with salt + pep ? the perfect pick-me-up lunch for a day full of CDRE studying (T-minus 3 days ?)
