2018 was a huge growing year for me. I dove head first into Tasting to Thrive + completed my Masters degree ? It makes me so happy to have a community to share recipes + learn from you all. This community has grown more than I ever thought it would, and I couldn’t be more grateful for each and every one of you ? I’ve also had a huge year of personal growth, which isn’t always easy. This year taught me more than any that there are ebbs and flows of life, and that’s what makes it beautiful ✨ I hope you all had a safe + happy new year! ?
