Happy Saturday! ☀️ actually, its pouring rain here so I’m cozy inside with my coffee catching up on some work and just relaxing. The past few weeks have been crazy (to put it lightly), and I’ve definitely been putting my emotional wellbeing on the back burner. Between long days at work, studying for rotations, packing for a big move, and planning to start my Masters in September I haven’t had much time to just relax, and I’m definitely feeling it. I find the more time I take to focus on myself and doing things that make me happy, the more gratitude I feel for everything I have. This weekend I’m focusing on spending time with family and friends, eating good food, going for runs, and reading. I already feel so much better after relaxing on the couch and sipping on this smoothie ?
