Talking all things HUMMUS today ?? Seriously, I am so obsessed with hummus (really, anything chickpea related) because of its amazing versatility! I try to always have some prepped in my fridge for snacking with veggies or crackers, on a rice cake (like today!), as a topping on sandwiches, as an addition to my Buddha bowls, and SO MUCH MORE ✨ I love that it adds protein, fiber, and calcium to any meal and tastes delicious ? My go-to recipe is a can of chickpeas, 1/4 cup of tahini, 1/2 of a lemon juiced, 1 clove of garlic, 1/4 cup of water, and a pinch of salt + pep ? Then I add whatever add-ins I’m feeling! Today was sundried tomato, but I’m also partial to beets or olives ?? Whats your go-to way to eat hummus?! ?
