My favorite recipe for 2018 🍾🎉💕:Cheesy Twice Baked Potatoes: Cozy and comforting. I’ll be making these for NYE 🎉🎉🎉. Just wanted to thank everyone for the inspiration, support, and laughs here on IG. It’s seriously like having hundreds of pen pals from around the globe. What you need: 3 russet potatoes, 1 cup vegan nacho cheese sauce, 1 cup steamed broccoli florets cut into small pieces, 1/3 cup vegan cream cheese, 1/3 cup plant based milk, salt and pepper to taste

1️⃣Place potatoes on a lined baking sheet, brush with oil, pierce with fork on both sides, & bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour
2️⃣When cool, slice potatoes open end to end, carefully scoop out the insides and place in a mixing bowl. Making sure not to rip the skins
3️⃣Add cream cheese, cheese sauce, broccoli, & milk to potatoes and mash to combine.
4️⃣ Add mixture equally to potatoes and bake again for 15 minutes
5️⃣ I topped mine with MORE cheese, homemade sour cream, coconut bacon and chives. enjoyyyy 🙃 and Happy Monday ☕️ •recipe for nacho cheese sauce by Lauren @hotforfood 🤩🙏🏻This is hands down my favorite nacho cheese recipe. I will attach the link in my stories real soon. 💚.
