PEANUT LIME TOFU BOWL ✨If you’ve never used cornstarch or flour to bake your tofu, you’re seriously missing out ?? This simple step of coating the tofu in flour makes it SO crispy and delicious, I could eat them on their own. Instead, I’ve paired them with a peanut like sauce, edamame pasta + grated carrot and cucumber ? Such an easy and delicious bowl that comes together within minutes ✨.

To make ??:
Cube a block of extra firm tofu, and toss it in 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1.5 tbsp flour or corn starch (the secret to crispy tofu!) and a pinch of salt. Bake at 450 F for 25 minutes, flipping half way through. Meanwhile, make noodles as per package instructions and julienne desired veggies. Make the peanut lime sauce, following the recipe in my free ebook (link in my “Ebook” highlights!). Once all components are done, serve together and enjoy! ?
