Repurposing leftovers is one of my fave things ✨ I used leftover breakfast potatoes that my dad made to make this tofu scramble and it was SO good 😍.

To make 👇🏼:
Add 1 pack of crumbled tofu to a pan with onion, garlic, chopped peppers, spinach, 3 tbsp nutritional yeast + 1 tsp each of turmeric and smoked paprika, chili powder. Sauté for 5-10 minutes or until tofu is slightly browned + enjoy! 💛
