There’s something about starting a new school year that just feels like a new beginning ✨ I’ve been hearing a lot about September intentions, and one that I’ve heard about time and time again is people wanting to get back into meal prep! 🌿 Because of this, I’ve written a ✨ NEW BLOG POST (Link in bio!) ✨ all about the quickest and easiest way to meal prep 🙌🏼.
I prefer to prep several different things-ingredients like roasted chickpeas, sweet potatoes and hummus. They’re so versatile and can either be combined together for one delicious meal, or added to other meals throughout the week 🍃 This allows me to have a low more freedom in choosing what I eat throughout the week, rather than eating the same thing again and again. A lot of people think meal prep takes a lot of time, but I’ve found that it actually saves me tons of time and stress throughout the week 💫.
