Toasting to Tuesday and super simple recipes like tofu scramble 🙌🏼 Seriously one of the simplest and most nourishing meals that can be whipped together in under 10 minutes ✨ Have you ever tried tofu scramble?!.
To make 👇🏼:
Chop 1 small onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 bell pepper, 1/2 cup of kale and any other veggies you like. Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan until the onion is translucent (about 5 minutes). Add the other veggies + crumble a block of tofu in as well. Add 1 tsp turmeric, 3 tbsp nutritional yeast + a pinch of salt + pepper (to taste). Sauté for another 5 minutes until tofu is cooked through. You can add a splash of plant based milk if the tofu is sticking to the bottom of the pan. Serve in a wrap, on toast, or on its own for the most delicious meal or snack 💛
