When people ask me for quick and easy breakfast ideas I always suggest overnight oats ✨ they’re so quick, easy and satisfying and can be completely customized to fit your preferred flavour combinations! I also love them because they can be thrown into a bag and eaten on the go, which is perfect for those busy days (hello Monday eve) 🙌🏼.
To make 👇🏼:
Combine 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 3/4 cup of plant-based milk in a mason jar. Put on the lid and shake until combined. Store in the fridge overnight and that’s it! You can leave it as simple as that, but I prefer to add in 2 tbsp of chia seeds, 2 tsp of maple syrup, 1 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 tsp cinnamon and any berries or fruit I have lying around 🍓
