Heading out to ski this AM ? fueling up with the right stuff is important when you’re going to be active all day. HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone!
My resolution is one: to reduce my plastic waste by buying in bulk without bags/wrappers, buying produce from farmers markets, using Tupperware and silicone bags instead of plastic wrap/plastic bags for food storage, continuing to buy produce from grocery stores without the extra plastic bags, buying biodegradable k cups, and supporting sustainable companies with the skincare/hair care products I use. What are your resolutions (if any)?
