Dinner under 200cals in under 30mins! And the ingredients probably will only cost you about IDR 30 ($3!) ? Aglio Olio Shirataki Noodles
Simply sauté 3 cloves of garlic (I love garlic, so the more the merrier), 2 chilies (omit if you don’t like spicy food) with one tsp of VOO until fragrant. Add salt and pepper and Shirataki noodles (which has been rinsed well and boiled for approx 3mins). Add your choice of topping, today I am using my leftover piri piri chicken which I have preheated separately.

I like to add my cooked protein last so that it won’t absorb the garlic and chili flavor away from the Shirataki noodles.
Shirataki noodles is 20cals per package, VOO is 50cal per tsp and a chicken breast sized of your palm is 50cal, so total calories of your dinner will be approxately 120cals!! How amazing is that! ?
