Dukan Fit Bread
Dukan Fit bread:
1 scrambled egg 2 light polenguinhos,
3 tablespoons of skimmed milk powder,
2 tablespoons of oat bran,
1 teaspoon of powdered yeast and 1 pinch of salt.
Stir everything and bake balls in the oven, until they rise and brown. I use medium heat. If necessary, turn them to brown on both sides.
