Dukan Digestive Biscuits

INGREDIENTS: 2 PERS.
50 g of wholemeal flour
50 g flour
120 g oatmeal
130 g salted butter
50 g brown sugar
30 g of vergeoise sugar
1 C. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of baking soda

Start by mixing all the ingredients, except the butter. Pour the mixture into a bowl and then incorporate the butter. You can mix directly by hand to obtain a homogeneous dough and more easily form a ball. Film and reserve in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Take out the dough and, using a rolling pin, roll it out to about 3mm thick. Cut out the cookies with a round cookie cutter.

Give your cookies their authentic shape by pricking them with a fork and baking for 10 to 15 minutes. They should be golden and slightly soft. Let cool on a wire rack and enjoy when they have hardened.
