They say that this mass is zero carbohydrate, but let’s agree that zero is impossible, since practically all foods have at least 0.1 g of carbohydrate, lol. But ok, if you say it is, then it is, lol. This zero-carb pizza dough is a low-carb recipe that I received from some followers, tested it at home, and it worked really well. Besides being a tasty dough, easy and very quick to prepare. Ingredients:
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of water
4 tablespoons of sour cream
50 g of grated parmesan
1/4 cup (tea) of oil seed meal
1 pinch of garlic powder
salt to taste
1 teaspoon of yeast
Preparation mode:
Put all the ingredients into the blender, leaving the yeast for last;
Grease a pie pan, or cover with parchment paper;
Pour in the dough and bake for 15 minutes at 180° degree;
Then I removed and placed the optional filling;
Return to the oven until the filling is at the desired point;
Serve.
