Vanilla Milk Shake

Vanilla Milk Shake

PP = Pure Protien

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of no fat milk
  • 3 tablespoons of vanilla yoghurt
  • 3 drops of vanilla essence
  • a handful of ice

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until frothy
  2. Serve in a cold glass with a straw 🙂
  3. You can try a small sprinkle of nutmeg on top for something a little different.
