Vanilla Milk Shake
PP = Pure Protien
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of no fat milk
- 3 tablespoons of vanilla yoghurt
- 3 drops of vanilla essence
- a handful of ice
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until frothy
- Serve in a cold glass with a straw 🙂
- You can try a small sprinkle of nutmeg on top for something a little different.
