Grilled Fish Delight
Ingredients:
- Fresh fish fillets (any type you prefer)
- For the sauce:
- 1 roasted red bell pepper
- 1 tomato
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- A handful of parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Plenty of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Fish:
- Ensure the fish fillets are clean and dry.
- Prepare the Sauce:
- Combine the roasted red bell pepper, tomato, garlic, and parsley in a food processor or blender.
- Pulse until finely chopped.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
- Add the olive oil, vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Grill the Fish:
- You can use a grill pan or a toaster oven.
- Place the fish fillets on the grill.
- Cook until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve:
- Serve the grilled fish with the prepared sauce.
Tips:
- You can adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your preference.
- This sauce can also be used as a dip or spread.
- If you don’t have a toaster oven you can use a regular grill or a pan on your stovetop.
- Make sure your fish is pat down dry before you place it on the grill. This will help prevent it from sticking.
