Herb Omelete

PP = Pure Protien,


  • 4 eggs, keep 1 yolk and use the 3 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons of skim milk
  • Mixed Italian herbs, salt and pepper


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and whisk with a egg beater until all one colour
  2. poor into a lightly oiled hot pan
  3. Reduce heat, flip once omelete is firm
