A recent survey done by the @heartfoundationau showed that one in three Australians are eating WORSE in #iso. Ek! So here is one of my favourite, low effort, tasty dishes. Remember to keep cut the visible fat off the pork before cooking and make the portion the size of your palm.

One pan pork and pear [serves 2]
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 1 pear – core removed
• Small pork fillet
• 8 small potatoes (I.e.chat)
• 1/2 red onion
• 2 carrots
• 2 cups green beans
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1/2 cup thyme sprigs
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Salt and pepper
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Method.
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350F)
2. Chop vegetables and pear and place in a baking dish.
3. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
4. Lay pork fillet on top of vegetables
5. Spread garlic over the pork fillet.
6. Sprinkle thyme across whole dish
7. Add salt and pepper to taste
8. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until pork is cooked through
9. Serve
