Nutrition is an inside job, ❌not an external obligation. Sometimes we might enjoy something, like some creamy, rich ice cream ? because it just sounds good! Sometimes we might enjoy a protein packed Greek yogurt parfait ?because we know it makes our bodies feel fueled for the day and we make it taste delish to boot!

Whatever the reason for your food choices, it should come from YOU. ❤️ That can include dietary needs such as, say, a peanut allergy ? You COULD eat the peanuts and go into anaphylactic shock. But you want to? It’s an internal, empowered choice not to eat it. (extreme example, but you get the idea!)

The same goes for “healthy” eating. It’s an internal, personalized thing. And when you make it that way eVeRyThInG changes! It does! ? And its magical ?

It’s time to stop thinking what “should” I eat? And put yourself back in the driver’s seat!
