Before and after ✔️ This time a meal for those of you who are busy and don’t have much time to cook or don’t know how to cook (this meal can’t be easier) or simply are lazy and prefer to watch Netflix instead of spending time in the kitchen. It takes only 5 minutes of your time to prepare and change 4-5 simple ingredients into a healthy, reach in protein meal ??? Follow the below steps: ⠀
1️⃣ Ingredients you need: 400g of drained chickpeas, 360g of lean beef, 500g of zucchini, 1 big red bell pepper and 3 spoons of olive oil and seasonings of your choice. Those ingredients will make 3 meals.⠀
2️⃣ Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Cut beef in small pieces and season them with 1 spoon of olive oil, salt and pepper. If you have time, you can do it 1-2 hours earlier and cool it down in a fridge.⠀
3️⃣ Mix together in a bowl – chickpeas, sliced zucchini, sliced bell peppers, 2 spoons of olive oil and seasonings (I used cumin, smoked paprika and some salt and pepper).⠀
4️⃣ Take 3 large sheets of foil, place on each of them 1 serving of vegetables and 1 serving of meat. Fold the foil up and make it airtight.⠀
5️⃣ Cook for 25-30 minutes in the oven (you can relax during this time or take a quick workout in). Take all of the meals out of the oven and put on a plates or in your lunchbox. Enjoy. ⠀
