Regardless of your cheese preferences as we head into the kick off to grilling season remember this ? you can eat the bun.

There is nothing inherently wrong with a lettuce wrapped burger, it’s an option. But we shouldn’t feel guilt, stress, or anxiety from eating a real, fluffy white bread bun. Like, to me that just hits the SPOT!

But, I get it. I remember the days when I would panic before a backyard BBQ, “save up” my calories, and then basically have an anxiety attack if there were no leaves of lettuce for me to eat my burger with. ?‍♀️ Let me tell ya, holidays like Memorial Day Weekend are SO much more enjoyable and less stressful now that I have no food rules ❤️
