Chili Stuffed Spaghetti Squash 😍 Recreated my stuffed spaghetti squash from a few weeks ago but this time added my turkey chili from yesterday! Chili recipe is up on my website (link in bio) or it’s in my post on my IG feed from yesterday! I am telling you guys- if you aren’t utilizing leftovers by tossing it in a big ole roasted spaghetti squash- you are missing OUT 😜 Seriously for this meal, all I did was cut the spaghetti squash in half, took the seeds out, toss it in the oven, and added chili into it 💯 Wayyyy better than just eating boring chili leftovers 😉 Plus I have extra spaghetti squash for other recipes! And this was a good way to convince Eli to have chili another night 😎 For real though- you can get soooo much good out of one spaghetti squash especially if you’re just feeding one or two people! And they’re pretty dang cheap in the fall/winter 👌🏻 Anddddd (last point to sell you on spaghetti squash 😂) you can literally top them a thousand different ways 🙌🏻 Okay if that isn’t the best sales pitch for spaghetti squash idk what is 😜 Haha I shared my November intentions in my stories as well!! recipe details: Turkey chili recipe is on my website or yesterday’s IG post. Spaghetti squash recipe: microwave squash for 5 mins. Cut in half. Pull the seeds and middle out. Put on a pan. Spray it with non stick spray (I used @traderjoes coconut oil spray) bake at 400F for 45 mins. I pulled out some spaghetti squash to have as leftovers. Add chili in and topped with @lifewaykefir plain Kefir (or use Greek yogurt or sour cream whatever you like), jalapeños, cilantro, and avo
