Meal Prepped Dinner tonight ?? I knew we’d be in the car all day today so I made some meals for us to have that we could toss in the cooler and eat tonight. We ate them cold but that’s why I made chicken because neither of us mind it cold! Saves so much money bringing food on the go + time because who wants to stop more than necessary? About halfway through the drive so we’re jamming to new Luke Combs album and making the best of it! Plus lots of yummy snacks ? Have a great Friday evening! ⠀

mealprep details ?? bake chicken at 400F for 30-35 mins. Check the internal temp of the chicken to see if it’s done. I used @traderjoes chili lime seasoning. Paired with 1/2 avocado + tomatoes
