You don’t need to cut food groups, carbs or starve yourself to get to your weight goals.

Making small choices across the days, weeks, months and years can make allllll the difference.

Here’s a new plant based recipe that’s on rotation at our place [serves 4]

• 1 onion – diced
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 tin brown lentils
• 1 large eggplant
• 3 carrots
• 1Tbsp EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
• 600g passata
• 1tsp dried mixed herbs
• 1 cup cooked pasta

The option on the left is a meat bolognaise. The sauce is clearly different but the other key difference is that it has 1 cup of bolognaise sauce and 1.5 cups of pasta (compared to 1 cup of pasta and 1.5 cups of sauce in the plant based version)
