(I DELETED BY MISTAKE) HUMP DAY DILLAS’!! ? Happy Wednesday loves. Still super hot here ? staying cool with a smoothie for lunch at the moment, because it’s all I wanted after the gym….but I’m sharing these avocado and roasted red pepper quesadillas I made a few weeks back with my vegan tahini ranch (recipe below). I actually am cooking all afternoon for clients, while escaping into my AC room for some relief in between. I hope you’re all having a wonderful Wednesday! •

Deets: 2 @sietefoods tortillas, stuffed with roasted red peppers (roasted myself) and mashed avo then seared in coconut oil. Some fresh berries, some juicy shrimp and this dip! •

Tahini Ranch: 1/4 Cup @artisanaorganics tahini, 1/2 Cup coconut milk yogurt (I used @sodelicious unsweetened plain), 1 tbls mustard, 1 tbls lime juice, 1 tbls coconut aminos, 1.5 tsp dill seed, 2 tbls chopped fresh parsley, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder. •
