BREAKFAST: 50 g feta cheese🧀 half avo 🥑, 100 g baked beetroot, 30 g walnuts, bell pepper, dried tomato, fresh tomato 🍅 one egg 🍳 50 g hummus⠀
SNACK: 2 tbsp PB 🥜1 fruit of choice 🍏🍊🥝🍌⠀
LUNCH: 100 g ( cooked) pasta, tuna, 100 g beet, half avo 🥑arugula, 1 tbsp olive oil half carrot 🥕⠀
DINNER: Cauliflower mash ( 250 cooked with butter/ parmesan cheese=> blend=> add salt=> done 😁) + veggies& pork roast
