BREAKFAST: 50 g feta cheese? half avo ?, 100 g baked beetroot, 30 g walnuts, bell pepper, dried tomato, fresh tomato ? one egg ? 50 g hummus⠀
SNACK: 2 tbsp PB ?1 fruit of choice ????⠀
LUNCH: 100 g ( cooked) pasta, tuna, 100 g beet, half avo ?arugula, 1 tbsp olive oil half carrot ?⠀
DINNER: Cauliflower mash ( 250 cooked with butter/ parmesan cheese=> blend=> add salt=> done ?) + veggies& pork roast
