Most of my dinners are portioned like this. Mostly salad, a serve of protein, a smaller amount of carbs (there’s wholemeal flour in the zucchini quiche) and some healthy fats. Filling half of your plate with salad and/or vegetables is one of the BEST things you can do to improve your health and lose weight (if that’s your goal). Currently only 4% of Australians eat enough vegetables!!
