No time to cook?
No time to cook? Leaving the house early in the morning, no time for breakfast? I ‘ve got you ! Happens to me often but if you are prepared as I am, eating healthy /sticking to your plan should be so easy! .⠀
Step 1. Prepare breakfast the night before: 2 wraps/ sandwiches/ a greek yougurt + one piece of fruit and some nuts⠀
Step 2: be prepared at office with fruits, carrots, almonds, walnuts, peanut butter for your snacks! .⠀
Step 3. For lunch you can either bring you own or order some meat with salad and rice/ sweet potato/ rye bread⠀
And for the dinner make sure you have canned beans , chickpeas/ hummus, green peas, hard boiled eggs in your fridge, feta cheese, avocados and just make a quick vegan salad or add 2 eggs and you have dinner in less than 5 minutes ?????????
