>>> Keto Starter Guide – Link In Bio! <<< ~ Ingredients Salmon: 2 salmon filets 1 Tbsp Olive oil 1 Tbsp honey 1 Tbsp soy sauce 1 small lemon 1 tsp Garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste Mix all ingredients in small bowl except salmon. Coat salmon with this mix and pan sear for about 3 minutes on each side or until done Salad: 2 cups cut and trimmed kale (massage with about 1/4 tsp salt and and 1 TBs olive oil ) 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup cooked quinoa 1/2 Lemon salt and pepper to taste Mix salad ingredients together Place on a plate and add salmon over it.
