Some salad inspo for your weekend from @insta_salads and @the_blonde_fairy. Recipe below ??

Ingredients (1 serve):
• 60g lettuce
• 1 large tomato
• 45g cucumber
• 10 olives
• 20g red onion
• 1/2 avocado (use 1-4 – 1/3 if you’re trying to lose weight)
• 50-80g haloumi
• 1/2 – 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• Salt and pepper
• Basil leaves
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut all the cucumber, onion and tomato into small pieces.
2. Mix the cut vegetables with the lettuce, olives and avocado.
3. Cut the halloumi in slices and fry in a bit of oil. Add to the salad.
4. Pour the oil, lemonjuice, salt, black pepper on top. Decorate with basil leaves.
