Spaghetti Squash Fritters

Spaghetti Squash Fritters 😍 Perfect way to use up extra spaghetti squash!! Paleo, GF, dairy free (you could sub in cheese though for the nutritional yeast-recipe at bottom!!) so they’re great for a variety of different lifestyles 🤗 Topped mine 3 different ways because you’ve always gotta have a little variety to make it fun 😜 I had leftover salmon, then quickly mashed some avocado, and sautéed some spinach 👌🏻 Easy but soooo good! The recipe made 6 fritters so I think they’ll be really good as a savory breakfast too 🙌🏻 Always thinking of the next meal 😂😂 Haha we’re off to eat @chickfila because it’s our anniversary today/tomorrow (does that mean I get two presents @elipratte33 😜😏) Today is 6 years from when we first started dating and tomorrow is 1 year of being engaged! Eli missed the mark of only having one anniversary by a day 😜 Haha so we’re having a little picnic at where we got engaged + seeing A Star Is Born tonight! I’ve already seen it so I know what happens but Eli hasn’t so he’s in for it!! Those of you who have seen it get what I mean haha. Hope you have a wonderful Friday evening ❤️ ——————————————————————————- recipe details 👉🏻 Spaghetti squash fritters (makes 6-7) Pat dry with a clean dish towel 3 cups of spaghetti squash.
