If you are going to use the word then here are couple other toxic things to include in your list ?

?Water (yep. It’s possible.)
?Carrots (vitamin A toxicity)

Are these things likely or common? No. Same answer goes to anyone shaming my fruity pebbles. When eaten in “normal” quantities (meaning a certain food is not all you eat every day) our food is very safe and non-toxic.
.
Do different foods contain different nutrients? Absolutely! Totally not saying fruity pebbles are the same as raspberries. But if you enjoy the fruity pebbles you aren’t going to spontaneously combust from eating something diet culture wrongly deems ‘toxic’. Some foods nourish our souls more and some our bodies- we need and deserve both!

Snag a copy of the ebook in my bio which will explain the science behind our weight and what may/may not happen to yours when you get rid of your food rules. I think it’ll be super helpful for you. Link is in @no.food.rules bio!
