Here is snacks in 3 categories. –
Lower/medium calorie snacks are ideal for a fat loss.

Medium/higher calorie snacks are ideal for lean muscle gain.

During a muscle gain phase snack 2-4x per day.

Try eating 2 apples a day that’s less than 100 calories a day!!!! They’re cheap and delicious!

During a fat loss phase control hunger by eating mainly berries and apples. They’re low calorie, satiating and packed with nutrients!! Delish!
