?Spoiler alert?: Even though you THINK you’d want to eat oreos all day long when living with no food rules, TBH? You probs won’t want to! ?♀️Yes, they’re delish, but ya probs wouldn’t feel super fab doing that forever, right? ?♀️Our bodies are pretty smart if we allow them to do their thang and will tell us what feels good as fuel. BUT… we have to allow them to do that by giving up our food rules.

Sure you might want oreos more often than not at the beginning, that’s normal. But then you’re going to be like “Man, those strawberries sound AMAZE” ? and that natural sweetness is what you genuinely want. Don’t think it will happen to you? Neither did many of Tthe SociEATy members yet every day I log into our private Facebook group and see pictures of fresh fruit! Trust the process, it’s science.

Being able to enjoy both oreos and strawberries in a way that feels good is what freedom is about. Some days you want the oreo?, some days you want the strawberries?, and some days (most days) you want a combo!?
